Steps to Ownership…

We are here to help you secure your brand new Gateway Lifestyle home, by creating a hassle-free process which requires minimal effort from you. We want to save you time by doing most of the work for you; it’s that simple. View our simple 4-step process below.

Step 1: Home & Site Selection

  • Select Site
  • Pay $2000 non-refundable deposit
  • Select your home from the range of options. Choose internal and external finishes, colours and fittings.

Step 2: Order Your Home

  • Finalise your order
  • You pay 50% of the price of the home (less the site reservation fee already paid)
  • Site works commence

Step 3: Delivery of Your Home

  • Your home is delivered to the site and connected to all utilities
  • A further 30% is paid on delivery

Step 4: Start Living in Your New Home

  • Sign your Residential Site Agreement
  • Remaining balance is paid Move in

Rates and rebates

To make things really easy, the Federal Government may pay rental assistance to a home owner who is in receipt of a Government pension.
